The Newcastle Jockey Club is located on Darling Street, Newcastle NSW.

Over 750 individuals attended the 10th Annual NSW Water Industry Operations Conference and Exhibition held by the Water Industry Operators Association’s (WIOA) on 6 & 7 April 2016.  This important water industry event was held in Newcastle and delegates were officially welcomed by Mr Paul Coffey from Veolia who were hosting the event with Hunter Water.

The event concluded with the official awards ceremony, which saw Mark Gogola from the Orange City Council win the prestigious industry award that is sponsored by the NSW Water Directorate, the 2016 NSW Operator of the Year.

A comprehensive exhibition with over 100 trade sites saw companies exhibit the latest in equipment, services and process technologies available to the water, wastewater and liquid conveyancing industries.
